Sharjah’s business support ecosystem took another step forward as the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry convened a forum for members of Tijarah 101’s Khorfakkan branch, aimed at strengthening SME engagement and development.
The session brought together key figures including Abdallah Sultan Al Owais and Mona Omran Ali, alongside entrepreneurs, to evaluate programme performance and gather insights on improving services. Discussions centred on enhancing competitiveness and tailoring support to evolving market demands.
A major highlight was Tijarah 101’s 2026 capacity-building agenda, featuring initiatives such as AI-driven business opportunities, investment support programmes, and resilience planning. The centre is also expanding its focus on digital marketing, startup development, and ecosystem integration.
Participants explored opportunities through exhibitions and industry exchanges, while new training modules addressed VAT, compliance, and business sustainability. The forum also spotlighted initiatives like the Federal Tax Authority’s Muwafaq package and the “100 Companies of the Future” programme, targeting high-growth sectors including AI, edtech, and blockchain.
SCCI reaffirmed its commitment to empowering entrepreneurs across Sharjah’s Eastern Region, positioning Tijarah 101 as a gateway to broader business networks and growth opportunities.
