Sharjah has officially secured its position as the host of the 29th edition of the World Investment Conference (WIC), a landmark global event in the investment landscape. The agreement was signed by the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah), in collaboration with the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) and the UAE Ministry of Investment.
Scheduled to take place from October 22 to 24, 2025, WIC 2025 will run alongside the Sharjah Investment Forum, creating a dynamic platform for dialogue on sustainable and cross-border investment. The event is set to attract global leaders, policymakers, and investment stakeholders to discuss forward-looking strategies that shape the future of global capital flows.
