The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) has announced a pioneering partnership with legal tech leader Jus Mundi to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into its operations. The collaboration marks a major step in DIAC’s digital transformation, aimed at enhancing efficiency, transparency, and global accessibility.
As part of the initiative, DIAC’s case management team will be trained on Jus AI, Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-powered legal research and workflow platform. The technology will streamline case handling, improve consistency, and elevate the quality of DIAC’s arbitration services.
In a move toward greater transparency, DIAC’s decisions on challenges will be published on the Jus Mundi platform, benefiting arbitration professionals worldwide. The partnership will also launch a series of thought leadership programs, including DIAC’s upcoming Virtual Academy, with Jus Mundi contributing its AI expertise.
Jehad Kazim, DIAC’s Executive Director, emphasized the value this brings to the arbitration community. Jus Mundi CEO Jean-Rémi de Maistre echoed this, highlighting the shared mission to drive innovation and access in dispute resolution.
