Mr. AlSaif brings nearly two decades of high-level experience in legal affairs, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance program development. He has played a central role in mergers and acquisitions, overseeing critical transactions and implementing comprehensive management systems that support sustainable organizational growth.
Mr. AlSaif holds a Master’s Degree in International and Comparative Law (LLM) and has completed several executive leadership programs, along with earning multiple industry-recognized certifications, reinforcing his expertise in the legal and compliance sectors.
