H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued Law No. (17) of 2026 establishing the Dubai Longevity Authority (DLA), a new entity designed to position Dubai as the world’s leading hub for longevity, wellness, and advanced healthcare.
The Authority will support innovation, attract global investment, accelerate life sciences development, and strengthen Dubai’s leadership in building a future-ready healthcare ecosystem.
Chaired by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative reflects Dubai’s long-term vision to become a global destination for health innovation, scientific advancement, and quality of life.
